PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device which prompts a communication partner to smoothly shift from ringing tone stop to speech start by preventing a sense of incongruity when shifting to speech start after an incoming call answering operation. SOLUTION: A communication terminal device 10 includes: a communication interface part 110 for transmitting and receiving data to/from a communication partner through a communication network; a user interface part 120 for outputting an operation signal corresponding to a predetermined operation by a user; a voice reproducing part 130 for reproducing voice data; a memory part 140 for storing incoming voice data reproduced from the voice reproducing part as an incoming tone in call incoming; and a control part 150 in which when receiving the operation signal, the reproduction level of the incoming tone is reduced sequentially and voice data in which the voice output level of the incoming voice data has been lowered sequentially, are transmitted from the communication interface part to the communication partner.
