SOLUTION: An automatic map template acquisition part 604 acquires an automatic map template between two specified formats from an AMTDB 520. A user map template list acquisition part 605 acquires a list of user map templates between two specified formats from a UMTDB 530. A display control part 608 supplies these pieces of information to a remote client 103 to reflect the information to GUI images. When a user map template is specified from a user based on the GUI images, a user map template acquisition part 606 acquires the specified user map template from the UMTDB 530.
