PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow, during a failure of a server device, takeover of business between server devices having different hardware configurations. SOLUTION: In the management server 10 which performs takeover of business in a computer system 1 including a server device 20 connected to a storage device 30 such as a current server or a waiting server by switching the connection to the storage device 30 from the current server to the waiting server, a switching strategy is selected, considering the devices and priorities of the current server and waiting server in reference to a switching strategy table 123 in which device information in the server device 20 is associated with a switching method.
