PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire useful information regarding a location serving as a dead angle for a pedestrian on a road, or the like, using positional information on a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A device 1 for estimating the dead angle location includes a position information acquisition section 11 for acquiring position information of a plurality of mobile terminals; an azimuth calculation section 13 for calculating the azimuth of a user of the mobile terminal for each position information based on the position information; a local information acquiring section 12 for acquiring local information, including information about the positions of a building and a road; a dead angle generating section 14 for generating dead angle information for each positional information, based on the location shown by the position information, the azimuth of the user of the positional information, and the local information; a dead angle counting section 15 for counting the dead angle information for each predetermined range in the road and estimating the dead angle location, and a processing result output section 16 for outputting information regarding the dead angle location.
