PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is difficult for a conventional exhaust device to enhance safety. SOLUTION: This exhaust device 1 includes: an air exhaust duct 3 communicated with inside of a storage 19 and guiding gas within the storage 19 to outside of the storage 19; a damper 5 opening/closing a flow passage of the gas in the air exhaust duct 3; a rotary actuator 7 receiving supply of air to which pressure is applied and converting energy of the supplied air into power to drive the damper 5; mechanical valves 13, 15 to which air having pressure applied is input and which output the input air in either one of the opening state or closing state of doors 43, 47 of the storage 19.
