PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control apparatus, preventing engine stall without unnecessary increase in engine speed, when an accelerator pedal and a clutch pedal are operated to start the vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular control apparatus 1 includes: the accelerator pedal 61 for increasing and decreasing output of an engine 11; and the clutch pedal 35 for changing between a transmission state transmitting a driving force output from the engine 11 and a non-transmission state not transmitting the driving force. In the control device for a vehicle 1, a vehicle speed, operation of the accelerator pedal 61, and whether the clutch pedal 35 has started transfer from the non-transmission state to the transmission state, are detected. When the vehicle speed is below a predetermined value, the operation of the accelerator pedal 61, and the start of transferring the non-transmission state into the transmission state are detected, the engine 11 is controlled based on controlled variables including first controlled variables corresponding to the operation amount of the accelerator pedal 61 and second controlled variables getting larger when the operating amount of the accelerator pedal 61 is large, than that when the operating amount of the accelerator pedal 61 is small.
