PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low power consumption wireless activity sensor terminal suitable for observation of a biological individual. SOLUTION: One of new structures disclosed in the statement has a piezoelectric device, a capacitor connected to the piezoelectric device through an ac-dc conversion circuit, and a CMOS logical inversion circuit, the input section of which is connected to the capacitor. The new wireless sensor terminal disclosed in the statement has a wireless transmission circuit structured so as to transmit signals using a variation in the output voltage of the CMOS logical inversion circuit as a trigger.
