The present invention relates to a modular construction panel and to the production method thereof, said panel having thermal and acoustic insulating properties and being formed by a material (1), a reinforcing structure (10), an anchoring structure (2), at least one layer of insulating material (11), securing mechanisms (9) and anchoring clamps (12), resulting in a modular panel with self-centring, thermal, acoustic and moisture-resistant characteristics, which offers speed, cleanliness and strength in the construction of walls, floors and mezzanines. The panel can be anchored to an existing structural system or one such system can be created by means of the self-centring property of the panel and the passage of installations or pipes. |
