The present invention relates to multipurpose exercise equipment, comprising: a main body (100), on the upper surface of which a detachable handle (110) is attached; a front rail (200) which is hinged to the front of the main body (100) such that the front rail is rotatable in the upward direction, and which extends in the forward direction; a seat (300) having a flat shape on which the user is to sit, and on the lower surface of which a sliding means (310) is arranged to connect the seat (300) to the front rail (200) such that the seat (300) is slidable in the forward and backward directions on the front rail (200); left and right rails (400, 400') hinged to the respective left and right sides of the main body (100) such that the left and right rails are perpendicularly rotatable toward the front rail (200), and which extend in the lengthwise direction from the respective left and right sides of the main body (100); foothold means (500) coupled onto the respective left and right rails (400, 400') such that the foothold means (500) are slidable in the left and right directions on the respective left and right rails (400, 400'); and a waist twister (600) which is coupled to a lower surface of the main body (100), and which is exposed outward in accordance with the upward rotation of the front rail (200) to provide waist-exercising effects to the user. |
