PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing battery pack and a method using the same are provided to omit a process of attaching a lower cap with a battery cell using a double sided tape by molding an upper cap and a lower cap in the same time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing battery pack comprises a vertically movable upper mold(10); a lower mold(20) which is located in the lower part of the upper mold and has an accommodation part(21) formed between the upper mold and the lower mold; a first slide mold(30) which is installed at one side of the lower mold and forms an upper cap molding part(26); and a second slide mold(40) which is installed at the other of the lower mold and forms a lower cap molding part(27). |
