PURPOSE: A grinding apparatus, a grinding method, a manufacturing method of a thin plate-shaped member are provided to grasp the misalignment degree of a workpiece, since a machine origin is calculated around a reference part of a machining stage. CONSTITUTION: A grinding apparatus(M) comprises a machining stage, a reference part(71), a camera(23), and a grinding spindle. The machining stage maintains the machining state of workpieces. The reference part is installed in the machining stage. The reference part becomes machining reference during the machining of workpieces. The camera is installed to be orthogonal to the workpiece. The camera photographs the workpieces and the reference part. The grinding spindle grinds the end of the workpieces. |
