PURPOSE: An opening and shutting device for a pot lid of a medicinal liquid extracting and automatic packing machine is provided to be supported by a clamp while being rotated. CONSTITUTION: An opening and shutting device for a pot lid(23) of a medicinal liquid extracting and automatic packing machine is constituted as follows. A pot lid is pivotally combined with a medicine pouring part(21) through a clamping device for connecting a handle of the pot lid to the medicine pouring part, and is supported in a state that the pot lid is not completely deviated from a medicinal container opened and pivoted upward by a clamping device when the pot lid is pivoted upward in order to open the medicine pouring part.
