PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag technology capable of economically producing a packaging bag in a manufacturing line substantially common to that of a conventional synthetic resin-made bag, easily executing the re-sealing in a sealed manner even after the unsealing, and sufficiently compressing and reducing the size of the packaging bag and disposing the packaging bag so that the shape of the packaging bag is not returned to its original one. SOLUTION: In a packaging bag 1, a cylindrical bag body 2 is formed by adhering both edges of ranges of the predetermined width dimension of a synthetic resin-made film 10 in the width direction to each other so as to form a longitudinally projecting A-frame back-strip longitudinal seal 3; and a straight brittle portion 40 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the back-strip longitudinal seal 3; and one edge 21 of the cylindrical bag body 2 in the longitudinal direction is adhered thereto to form one end strip transverse seal part 5, and the other end 22 of the cylindrical bag body 2 in the longitudinal direction is opened.
