PURPOSE: A soldering iron is provided to allow a user to carry out soldering with one hand by accommodating solder and melting the solder inside to be supplied to a heating tip. CONSTITUTION: A soldering iron comprises a solder storage part(30), a heater(60), a stopper(40), a pressing unit(50), and a solder delivery passage(35). The solder storage part is arranged inside a main body(10) and has an inner hollow and open backside. The heater surrounds the outside of the solder storage part and generates heat with electric power. The stopper is formed on the backside of the main body to open or close the open backend of the solder storage part. The pressing unit comprises a press bar(51) which passes through the stopper, a press button(53) which is formed on an end of the press bar, and a press plate(55) which is formed on the other end of the press bar. The solder delivery passage is extended from a side of the solder storage part to a heating tip(20).
