<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic card which uses a paper base material or a resin base material having high rigidity and heat resistance, not easily deformed by heating and pressing as a core base material, and which has smooth surfaces. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic card includes: the core base material 2; armoring base materials 4, 4 each formed of a porous base material laminated on the core base material 2; and magnetic stripes 3 disposed in the armoring base materials 4, 4.
