<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that houses a substrate with components mounted thereon in a casing formed of two covers, the components on the substrate being easily replaced. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes first and second cover members that form an internal space in cooperation with each other to be fastened to each other. The first cover member includes a first position control section for controlling the position of the substrate relatively coarsely. The second cover member includes a second position control section for controlling the position of the substrate relatively more precisely than the first position control section. When the substrate is supported by either one of the first cover member and the second cover member, the substrate is not fixed to the one of the cover members.
