PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging tool for reducing a load to a bolt without requiring a bolt hole to be formed at a hanging object side surface since an extremely strong bolt is required since a conventional hanging tool supports the load only by a force of the bolt thus requiring labor for hole machining to a hanging object when installing the hanging tool by bolt fastening to a side surface of the hanging object. SOLUTION: The hanging tool 10 includes a pedestal 11 abutting on an under surface 60g of the hanging object 60 and having a hole 11a communicating with a hole 60e of the hanging object 60, a side rising part 21 rising from the pedestal 11 and abutting on a side surface 60a of the hanging object 60 and a hooking part 13 overhanging from the side rising part 12. Since a hanging load (an arrow A) is not only supported by the bolt 14 but also supported (an arrow B) by being pressed to the hanging object side surface 60a by the side rising part 12, the load to the bolt is reduced.
