PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash registration system which can disable operation of a cash register when an operator permitted to operate the cash register is not present at a position where the cash register can be operated. SOLUTION: Human body communication is performed with a human body communication terminal 4 that an operator 3 has, authentication processing is performed by collating an ID, obtained from the human body communication terminal 4, and a stored ID, the operation of the cash register 1 is permitted when a collation result by the authentication processing matches, and the operation of the cash register 1 is inhibited when the collation result by the authentication processing does not match.
