<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life and death determining system for the game of Go in playing the game of Go on a computer. <P>SOLUTION: The life and death determining system for the game of Go is for determining the life or death in the game of Go on the computer. The life and death determining system includes: an input receiving part for receiving the input from players; a life and death determination processing part for determining life or death of stones to be determined or target stones; and an output processing part for outputting the result of life and death determination by the life and death determination processing part.
