THERMOFORMED MULTILAYER CONTAINER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a thermoformed multilayer container which is obtained by solid phase pressure-forming a polypropylene sheet at a temperature not exceeding the melting point of the sheet and in which legs acting as footing are fused together firmly without clearances.

SOLUTION: When the polypropylene sheet made of a propylene resin composition containing a predetermined ethylene-propylene copolymer is solid phase pressure-formed at a temperature not exceeding the melting point of the sheet according to plug assist molding, the container having the legs in which the legs of the container formed by folding the sheet are fused together firmly without clearances can be obtained.
