ELECTRIC WIRE WITH TERMINAL CONNECTOR, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTRIC WIRE WITH TERMINAL CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with a terminal connector, and a manufacturing method of the same, with electric resistance lowered between the wire and the terminal connector.

SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the electric wire 10 with a terminal connector 12 equipped with an electric wire 11 having a core wire 13 consisting of a plurality of strands 15 and a wire barrel 19 crimped to the core wire 13 exposed from the electric wire 11, a process of exposing the core wire 13 by peeling off an insulation coating 14 covering an outer periphery face of the core wire 13, a process of pinching the exposed core wire 13 with a pair of jigs 16, 16 to give ultrasonic vibration to the core wire 13 with the jigs 16, and a process of crimping the wire barrel 19 so as to wind around from outside in an area including one given the ultrasonic vibration in the core wire 13 are executed.
