PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve for improving pressure resistance with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A pressure reducing valve 100 includes a valve body 10 closing a valve by seating onto a valve seat 21 provided on the way of a route from a port 23 on a primary side to become high pressure to a port 24 on a secondary side to become low pressure and opening the valve by moving away from the valve seat 21, wherein the valve body 10 has a shaft part 12 arranged to freely reciprocate in a through-hole 22 one of which is in the route and in communication with a region on the stream side upper than the valve seat 21, and includes a sealing member 30 sealing an annular gap between the shaft part 12 and the through-hole 22. The sealing member 30 is composed of a cylindrical elastic body, its internal peripheral surface is secured to an external peripheral surface of the shaft part 12 by bonding, and its external peripheral surface is secured to the internal peripheral surface of the through-hole 22 by bonding.
