PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence resistant to breakage even by using a material softer than metals such as wood and plastics and, nevertheless, moderately suppressing biting of a pet, and to provide a pet circle produced by using the fence. SOLUTION: In the fence 1 for pet furnished with a plurality of fence rods 2 in a rectangular frame 3, the fence rod 2 is provided with a rod member 9 and an attached member 10 fixed to the outer face of the rod member 9 in a state of being exposed to the outer face of the rod member 9, and the attached member 10 is made of a material harder than the rod member 9.
