PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately predict the adhesion of ash in a boiler, and to suppress the adhesion of ash even when various kinds of solid fuels including bony coal are used. SOLUTION: An arithmetic device 9 calculates a mixing ratio of respective solid fuels so that the value of viscosity of the slag of the solid fuel after mixing at a prescribed atmosphere temperature is a reference value or more when at least one kind of the solid fuels is mixed, and the mixing ratio is determined. Fuel supply amount adjusting devices 3a and 3b adjust the supply amount of the solid fuels to the boiler 7 based on the determined mixing ratio. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
