PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of analyzing a fuel oil for rapidly measuring the content rate of conjugated diene structure in the fuel oil. SOLUTION: This method of analyzing a fuel oil includes a process for measuring1H-NMR spectrum of the fuel oil, and a process for finding the content rate of the conjugated diene structure in the fuel oil based on the sum of integral values of all peaks α observed as 6.1 to 6.6 ppm relative to tetramethylsilane in the1H-NMR spectrum.
