PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve with sensor, which can respond to a plurality of optical sensors differed in optical path by one valve. SOLUTION: In the valve with sensor 1 capable of confirming an opening/closing state of the valve by detecting a location of a leading end of an indicator 18 interlocking with opening and closing operation of the valve by an optical sensor, the optical sensor is each optical sensor differed in optical path, and the indicator 18 includes light passing portions 18c, 18d, 18e for passing the optical path of each optical sensor to be used at different positions, whereby this valve can respond to three types of optical sensors differed in optical path by one valve.
