PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the attaching/detaching work of seat rail brackets while preventing the visible seat rail brackets of a vehicle body from being deteriorated in appearance. SOLUTION: When the seat rail brackets 17, 18, 21, 22 are fixed on a floor carpet 14 laid on a floor panel 12 of a vehicle, and when seats 15L, 15R are supported on the seat rail brackets 17, 18, 21, 22 via seat rails 25, 28, a part of the seat rail brackets 18 becomes visible so that appearance is deteriorated in some cases. By covering the visible part of the seat rail brackets 18 with cover members 31 of the same materials with that of the floor carpet 14, the whole of the seat rail brackets 18 is made invisible so that the appearance can be improved. Moreover, since the cover members 31 are freely attachable and detachable, workability can be improved by removing the cover members 31 when the seat rail brackets 18 are attached and detached.
