PURPOSE: A GPS module processing an RTCM and a portable DGPS receiver using the same are provided to improve profitability and stability by correcting a position error and improving accuracy through wireless internet network. CONSTITUTION: The device includes an RF circuit, a power supply unit, a backup battery, a crystal, an RTCM engine, and a GPS engine. The RF circuit receives a GPS satellite signal through an antenna, and it amplifies, filters, and perform frequency conversion and digital conversion it to output GPS data. The power supply unit receives a power and converts it into an internal operation power to supply the converted power to the GPS engine. The RTCM engine receives an RTCM signal, and it parses and pre-processes it to obtain position correction information, and then it output the position correction information to the GPS engine. The GPS engine analyzes GPS data inputted from the RF circuit, collects data, and preprocesses it to calculate an approximate position. The GPS engine removes an error in consideration of the position correction information from the RTCM engine and outputs position data. |
