A method of installing a cargo box on a tie-down rack formed of tubular members. Secure to the bottom of the cargo box, tie-down rack engagement members that have an engaged position in which a projecting engagement end of each engagement member extends toward or beyond the peripheral sidewall and is spaced from the bottom of the cargo box by a distance equal to a diameter of the tubular members forming the tie-down rack. Position the cargo box on the tie-down rack with some of the engagement members in the engaged position and underlying the tubular members of the tie-down rack. Move those engagement members that are in the disengaged position to the engaged positioned underlying the tubular members of the tie-down rack.
