<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application document preparation system for a standard system building, which efficiently completes a series of work from preparation of an estimate to preparation of application documents for commencement of work, in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: Data are input to an estimation system in response to an order from a customer, for estimation or the like. When a contract is established after investigation with the customer, the data are output from the estimation system. Required data are extracted, converted as needed, and input to a structural design system together with additional data. In the structural design system, structural calculation is performed based on the input data, and when determining that a condition is not satisfied based on the structural calculation result etc, the data are corrected or the condition is changed, and the calculation is repeated until it is determined that an application for building construction can be prepared. When determined that the application can be prepared, required data from various kinds of obtained data are extracted and written to the blank area of format data stored in advance as a template, the application documents are automatically prepared. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
