<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively using a blood sugar suppressing action of yacon (Smallanthus sonchifolius) tea leaf based on a finding that taking of the tea leaf for a long time improves blood sugar level or suppresses progress of blood sugar level increase, and to provide a method for treatment or prevention of lifestyle-related diseases because sugar metabolism abnormality has relationship to many diseases of lifestyle-related diseases. <P>SOLUTION: The method for recovering and ameliorating diabetes comprises after-meal exercise (3) and taking of selected tea leaf (4) under administration of resident nutritional manager (1) and specialized physician (2), periodical blood test (5), a graphic displaying means (6) from data (HgA1c) obtained by the periodical blood test, and an accommodation facility (7) for patients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
