<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production planning system and program, allowing speed-up of calculation of load piling/leveling of a lot of process information. <P>SOLUTION: The production planning system 1 includes: a process information memory 31 storing the process information 31D including a work start day, a work end day, use equipment, and man-hours of each process input by a user; a period-classified process information creation part 22 dividing a set production plan period into unit periods each having a prescribed time width, and creating period-classified process information 32D obtained by dividing the man-hours of each process information 31D stored in the process information memory 31 in each unit period; a period-classified process information set memory 33 storing a period-classified process information assembly 33G wherein the period-classified process information 32D belonging to each unit period is set; and a total man-hour calculation part 24 tabulating the man-hours of the period-classified process information 32D using the prescribed equipment of the period-classified process information 32D belonging to the period-classified process information set 33G of each unit period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
