<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermittent printing machine smoothly and highly accurately performing automatic registration. <P>SOLUTION: Printing units 2a to 2d are moved by unit moving motors 14a to 14d in a top-bottom direction, and also, printing cylinders of the printing units are moved by side-lay motors 17a to 17d in an axial direction. A CCD camera 19 configured to read a registration mark of each of patterns printed by the respective printing units and detect misregistration with respect to the registration mark as a reference of the printing unit is disposed on the downstream side of the printing unit located on the most downstream side in the traveling direction of a paper sheet 3. And the machine is provided with a controller 20 configured, when receiving the misregistration amount signal from the CCD camera, to output a misregistration correction amount signal with respect to the registration mark as a reference to the unit moving motor and the side-lay motor of each corresponding printing unit, and particularly, to the unit moving motor in a period where the small-diameter part of the printing cylinder faces a pressure cylinder. Accordingly, the output of the registration correction amount signal per one time in the top-bottom direction from the controller is limited, and when exceeding the limit, the signal is divided within the range of limit, then, output to the unit moving motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
