PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact heat insulating mechanism of a tube causing no breakage even to a movable portion. SOLUTION: The heat insulating mechanism of a tube includes a main tube for supplying a first fluid, an outer tube having an inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the main tube by a predetermined value and arranged so as to cover the main tube, a supply port arranged at one end of the outer tube for supplying a second fluid between the main tube and the outer tube, and an outflow port arranged at the other end of the outer tube so that the second fluid supplied between the main tube and the outer tube flows out of the port.
