PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional operation management of an IT system, in which a human error is likely to occur when a check list for a configuration change is prepared in advance by manually checking the change to a physical device with respect to a reserved virtual resource. SOLUTION: The system operation management system is provided with one or more computers that are allowed to set a virtual computer; one or more storage devices that are allowed to set a virtual storage; a fiber channel switch device that is allowed to set a virtual SAN by connecting the computer to the storage device; and a management computer connected through a network that is allowed to set a virtual network, to the computer, the storage device and the fiber channel switch. The management computer is provided with configuration management information of a virtual resource and configuration management information of a physical resource, and configured to retrieve the operation of the virtual resource and the physical resource in a designated time, and to dynamically output the retrieval result as a check list.
