PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can exhibit heat conducting performance based upon flexibility and provides superior handling. SOLUTION: A shape holding part 13 is provided at an outer edge part of a body part 12, and even when the body part 12 is formed to be flexible and thin, the shape holding part 13 exhibits adhesion based upon the flexibility of the body 12 and low heat resistance substantially without exerting influence on performance of the body part 12. Further, the shape holding part 13 makes the body part 12 neither easily extend nor deform, so rigidity of the whole sheet can be increased to actualize the heat conductive sheet 11 easy to handle.
