PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box which becomes flat when it is folded and can be extremely simple to assemble and to fold. SOLUTION: A box body in which square side walls are erected from a bottom wall is placed on a pasteboard, and one diagonal line of the bottom wall is cut off. Bending habits are made on two descending lines reaching respective diagonal lines from two corner parts opposing respective corner parts of the side walls which the diagonal line reach, and a part between one descending line and the diagonal line is stuck on the pasteboard to make a sticking part.
