PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device capable of preventing scattering of an unwanted matter divided from a sheet material as an unnecessary part relative to formation of a product when dividedly forming the product from a thin film sheet material, and also to provide a manufacturing device, and further to provide a sheet machining method. SOLUTION: The machining device 1 divides the product 12 from the thin film sheet material 11 through a preliminary machining process and a regular machining process. In the preliminary machining process, a cut formed by allowing two ends to be respectively extended in two directions for mutually forming an angle is formed at the sheet material 11 by a cutting edge for preliminary processing. In the regular machining process, the product 12 is divided from the sheet material 11 after the preliminary machining process using a cutting edge 5 for regular machining. Floating amounts at both the sides in the vertical direction of the cut 15 during preliminary machining become mutually asymmetrical, so that the processing device 1 can prevent the scattering of the unwanted matter 13 after the regular machining process.
