ARTIFICIAL AGGREGATE USING COAL ASH AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: Artificial aggregate based on coal ash, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the discharge of contaminants by efficiently sintering coal ash spheres. CONSTITUTION: Artificial aggregate based on coal ash includes 90-97 parts by weight of the coal ash, 2-10 parts by weight of a binder, and 0-1 parts by weight of an additive is included. An apparatus for manufacturing the artificial aggregate is formed into a hollow cylinder. Both end parts(100a, 100b) are opened. A sintering furnace(100) is included in the apparatus and sinters the raw material of the artificial aggregate. An ignition part(200) is arranged at one end part of the sintering furnace. An exhaust fan(300) is arranged at another end part of the sintering furnace and compulsively exhausts internal air.
