PURPOSE: An optical assembly and photographing apparatus including the same are provided to minimize the arrangement space and to reduce a manufacturing cost by implementing simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An optical assembly(200) includes a lens mounting member(210), a transfer unit(220), a guide member(230), a base member(240), and a lens cap device(250). The lens mounting member equips one or more lens. The transfer unit transfers the lens mounting member. The guide member guides the traveling direction of the lens mounting member. The transfer method is arranged to the guide member. The lens cap device includes one or more barrier. The lens cap device moves the optical axis of the lens.
