<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify insertion in the interior of a body, selectively and easily puncture the pericardium even if being used inserted from the xiphoid process and surely detect its arrival to the interior of the pericardium. <P>SOLUTION: This guide device 1 includes: a cylindrical insertion section 2 inserted in the interior of the body and opened in a portion adjacent to the distal end and in the side of the proximal end; a puncture means 3a provided at the distal end of the insertion section 2 for puncturing a tissue; a movable section 3 provided adjacent to the distal end of the insertion section 2 and provided displaceably between a proximal position being close to the insertion section 2 and a projection position projecting from the insertion section 2 further than the proximal position; an energizing means 4 energizing the movable section 3 in the direction projecting from the insertion section 2; and a displacement detecting means detecting the displacement of the movable section 3 in the interior of the body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
