<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing without going through large-scaled plant and facility investment and considerable process change, seasoning crystal which has stable gustatory properties remarkably reduced in saltiness of salt, and is usable for making taste with further high palatability or contributable to the new usage development of salt. <P>SOLUTION: The seasoning crystal is obtained by adding a stevia extracted purified product adjusted in a content of main sweet constituent and requirements such as a coexistence ratio into seawater followed by making them present together, and dry crystallizing salt together with the stevia extracted purified product in the salt production process of concentrating/dehydrating salinity of seawater. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
