摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of sufficiently crushing conductive particles inside an opening portion even in a case where a first electrode and a second electrode are electrically connected to each other by an anisotropic conductive material inside the opening portion of an insulating layer, and an electro-optical apparatus and a touch panel that include the mounting structure. <P>SOLUTION: In this mounting structure 200 including a first member 1 and a second member 2, the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 are electrically connected inside the opening portion 12a by the anisotropic conductive material 40. In a portion positioned around the opening portion 12a of the insulating layer 12, at least a part planarly overlaps with the second electrode 22. Here, as for a particle diameter of the conductive particle 4, its dimension before deformation is equal to or more than twice a depth dimension of the opening portion 12a.
