<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a system and a method for manufacturing an actuation thread having high quality. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is an apparatus for injection molding which includes: at least one mold part having at least one substantially central, inclined, non-linear surface, and including at least one shaped portion; at least one substantially closed cavity region disposed within at least one substantially central, inclined, non-linear surface; at least one gate disposed on a base portion of the mold part for providing fluid communication to the at least one cavity region, and having a plurality of recesses extending longitudinally along the length of the mold part; and at least one flow restrictor which is positioned on the mold part for initially directing the flow of injected fluid to at least one shaped portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
