<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment for supporting a casing while maintaining the floating structure of a heat radiation unit and restraining an unnecessary load to a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes: the casing 14 including a bottom wall 15a and an upper wall 16; the circuit board 40 arranged within the casing; a cooling unit 60 including a heat radiation section 62 abutting on an electronic component 52 and supported by the circuit board, and a cooling fan 42 connected to the heat radiation section and floating-supported outside the circuit board; a keyboard 20 supported by the upper wall and facing the circuit board and the cooling fan; a first support member 70 provided between the cooling fan and the keyboard and sandwiched between the keyboard and the cooling fan for supporting the keyboard when the keyboard is depressed; and a second support member 72 provided between the cooling fan and the bottom wall of the casing and sandwiched between the cooling fan and the bottom wall for supporting the cooling fan when the keyboard is depressed.
