<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent time-out which may be generated in CPU re-initialization accompanied by CPU re-reset. <P>SOLUTION: A timeout preventing device includes: a means for, when the re-reset of a CPU becomes necessary, storing the register state of the CPU; a means for performing the stopping of IO transaction; a means for performing the reset processing of the CPU; a means for restoring a context based on the stored register state of the CPU; and a means for resuming the stopped IO transaction, and configured to perform the stopping of the first IO transaction after storing the register state, and to perform the starting of the first IO transaction after performing the CPU reset processing, and to perform the stopping of the second IO transaction after performing the starting of the first IO transaction, and to perform the starting of the second IO transaction after restoring the context. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
