<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm and utilize a history of format conversion. <P>SOLUTION: A file information acquisition part 611 acquires file information from a file acquisition part 602. A CID generation part 612 generates CID for a clip corresponding to the file information acquired by the file information acquisition part 611. A FTID generation part 613 generates the FTID of FT originated by the clip corresponding to the file information acquired by the file information acquisition part 611. A clip registration part 614 generates clip information using the file information, the CID, and the FTID supplied from respective parts and registers the clip information in a CDB 510. An FT registration part 615 generates FT information using the CID and the FTID supplied from respective parts and registers the FT information in an FTDB 520.
