<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system efficiently performing antenna matching by simplifying a configuration and a procedure. <P>SOLUTION: Second communication equipment transmits a test signal. First communication equipment receives the test signal and adjusts an antenna matching adjustment circuit to maximize the receiving level of the test signal. The adjustment value thereof is stored as an optimum value during reception. The first communication equipment transmits the test signal. The second communication equipment receives the test signal, and returns the receiving level to the first communication equipment. The above procedure is executed a plurality of times while changing setting of the antenna adjustment circuit to obtain the adjustment value of the maximum efficiency.
