<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tenter device which reduces the generation of metal powder caused by wear, and is particularly suitable for use in a high-temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: The tenter device includes: tenter rails disposed at both sides of a conveyance passage of a film; and a pair of tenter chains 5 moved along the tenter rails. In tenter chains 5, bearings 53a and 53b which are rotated when contacting with guide plates 41 on the tenter rails during the movement of the tenter chains 5 are disposed at two upper and lower stages, respectively. A film holding mechanism including a pin plate 64 and a plurality of pins 63 in order to hold edges of the film is fixed through an attachment plate 63 to an external plate 54a constituting an external link of the tenter chains 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
