PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce equipment investments for constructing power generation systems for nuclear power generation, thermal power generation, hydraulic power generation, wind turbine generation and solar power generation, all of which are the power generation systems using external energy and electrically converting (generation) the same, and huge costs of power transmission line infrastructure and the like, and further solve various problems such as the emission of carbon dioxide and the treatment of radioactive exhaust emissions. SOLUTION: The problems are solved by a perpetual rotational-motion system of Figs.1-5 (not shown in Figs.2-5) requiring no external energy. (1) A rotor 6 with a frame attached is installed around a rotary shaft (column rod) 5 via a bearing 11 or the like. (2) When connecting rotating rods 9 to the rotary shaft at two parts on both sides according to a specific dimension (the circumference of a wave-shaped plate less than the circumference of the rotating rods during rotation) centered around the rotary shaft, bearings or the like are used as a means for operating the rotating rods vertically and the rotor is fixed to the rotary shaft. (3) The rotating rods 9 are attached to the rotor 6. (4) A manufactured product (wave-shaped plate 4) formed of a doughnut-shaped plate curved into a wave shape at two parts on both sides is installed and fixed around the rotary shaft with use of a pedestal. (5) For running the rotating rods on the wave-shaped plate, rollers are attached to the rotating rods while locating them at a central position on a rail of the wave-shaped plate.
